David Gregson has a special interest in Japanese knotweed and other invasive species e.g. running bamboo. He has now decided to specialise in this field only.

He is the only person in England and Wales who is both a Japanese knotweed expert and an RICS Registered Valuer. This unique skillset allows him to assess the age, source, severity and cost required to treat a knotweed infestation and also to assess any diminution in value of property that arises from it.

This is a specialised field where very few valuers have the necessary experience, knowledge and skillset to provide good quality evidence. David is a Member of the Academy of Experts with 35 years’ experience of giving evidence in Court. We consider that nobody is better qualified to advise and assist both defendants and claimants In disputes involving knotweed.
