We are able to offer a partial service, for example, undertaking the preparation of plans for submission for planning consent.   We are also, if you wish, able to offer a fully comprehensive service taking the project from inception through to completion including supervision of the construction work and issuing of Certificates of Satisfactory Completion.

Examples of recent projects with which we have been involved are a number of Conservation Area refurbishment schemes of retail units in Neath and Maesteg, the conversion of a redundant commercial premises into a drop-in study centre for a Swansea based charity, the modernisation and extension of a church hall in Aberdare, a large extension to a care home premises in Neath and a new build sixty bed nursing home in Port Talbot.

On domestic properties we have recently completed an extension to a dwelling in Bridgend and are working on conversions of large residential properties into flats in Swansea and Ammanford.   We can also design and plan new homes from scratch and this can be combined with the production of a Professional Consultant’s Certificate for the finished property.
