All commercial construction projects above a certain size now require the appointment of a CDM co-ordinator.   Smaller projects sometimes require a co-ordinator to be appointed if there are particular reasons which make this necessary.

We are able to offer our services as CDM co-ordinators for construction projects up to a value of £300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand pounds).

The cost of appointing a CDM co-ordinator varies on the size and complexity of the project.   As a guideline, however, we would generally expect to charge approximately 1.5% of the total project cost for this service.
