David Gregson has over twenty years’ experience of dealing with boundary disputes between neighbours. During that time he has prepared numerous Expert Reports on behalf of clients and acted as a Commercial Mediator in a number of boundary disputes.

It is unusual for a Surveyor to be instructed jointly by both parties in a boundary dispute. More often than not the boundary problems between properties are accompanied by other issues and there is often a history of past problems.

The Civil Justice System is poorly set up to deal with boundary disputes and the costs involved in resolving such disputes often far exceeds the value of the land at issue.

Our emphasis is on seeking to resolve the dispute before it reaches Court based upon a sound understanding of land law, interpretation of plans and methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
